The transcript of this meeting, recently unsealed, purportedly reveals coercive tactics employed by the judge alongside prosecutors to compel Copeland’s testimony. The defense claims that this interaction, which excluded them, violated judicial ethics and transformed Judge Glanville into a de facto member of the prosecution team.
