A woman who allegedly threatened campers near the Moda Center for a Billie Eilish concert was taken into custody by police on Saturday. According to the police, the woman took the campers’ sleeping bag and threatened them with a knife.
At approximately 11 a.m. on Saturday, Portland police officers responded to a stabbing complaint in the Lloyd District, which is located close to North Williams Avenue and Northeast Multnomah Street. No one was hurt when the first policemen arrived, according to the police, so they started looking for a culprit.
