The city of Indianapolis The No. 1 Oregon Ducks are reportedly on their way to Pasadena.
Oregon defeated Penn State 45-37 at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday night to win the Big Ten title and earn a first-round bye. Given their position as the top overall seed, the Ducks are probably going to play the winner of a first-round matchup between the No. 8 and No. 9 seeds at the Rose Bowl on January 1.
The Rose Bowl quarterfinal matchup between the Big Ten champion and the CFP takes place in Pasadena, California.
The 12-team bracket is unveiled at 9 a.m. (ESPN) during the College Football Playoff selection program. The top four seeds and a first-round bye go to the four conference winners with the highest rankings.
