Constructed in 1991 and situated in the 35400 block of N.E. 86th Ave., La Center, the single-family home sold for $900,000 ($456 per square foot) in November. Situated on a 1.0-acre lot, this 1982-built home boasts 3,635 square feet of living space, one bedroom, and four bathrooms. On November 22, the agreement was concluded.
5. $892K, 4 bedrooms / 3 baths
The ownership of a four-bedroom, three-bathroom single-family home in the 9100 block of N. Clover St., Camas, changed in November. This 2,947-square-foot property was constructed in 2024 and sold for $892,250, or $303 per square foot. The lot is 7,028 square feet in size. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.
6. $890K, 4 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms
This farmhouse, which has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, was sold in November for $890,000, or $243 per square foot, and is located in the 12300 block of Monitor McKee Road in Woodburn. Built in 2000, the property on a 2.0-acre site and provides 3,660 square feet of living space. On November 25, the agreement was concluded.
