What $800,000 can buy you in Portland metro area, Dec. 30 to Jan. 5

Between December 30 and January 5, prospective homebuyers who were thinking about the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different communities around the region. This article lists recent Portland metro area real estate sales, all of which included properties under $800,000.

The top six properties in each neighborhood are listed below, selected for their closest proximity to the desired price range and the largest living areas.

Please be aware that even if a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 30.

1. $800K, 3 bedrooms / 3 baths

When it sold in December, the single-family home in the 15300 block of N.W. Satellite Dr., Banks, gave another possibility below the desired price range at $800,000 ($214 per square foot). In December, the ownership of this single-family home with five bedrooms and four bathrooms changed. The 2,486-square-foot house, which is situated in Portland’s 14200 block of S.W. 116th Ter., sold for $760,000, or $306 per square foot.
