What $750,000 or less gets you in central Oregon, Dec. 9 to 15

Between December 9 and December 15, prospective homebuyers contemplating the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods around the region. This article describes recent sales of real estate in central Oregon, all of which included residences priced under $750,000.

The best six properties in each neighborhood are broken down here, chosen for their proximity to the desired price range and the largest living spaces.

Although a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 9.

1. $750K, 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms

The single-family home in the 6500 block of S.W. Groundhog Rd., Terrebonne, was built in 2020 and sold in December for $750,000 ($426 per square foot). The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,760 square feet of living space. A 4.5-acre lot makes up the property. On December 2, the agreement was concluded.

2. $750K, 2 bedrooms / 2 baths

Built in 1972 and located in the 57200 block of Island Road, Bend, this condominium sold for $750,000 (or $470 per square foot) in December. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a total living area of 1,597 square feet. On December 5, the agreement was concluded.

3. $743K, 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms

A detached home in Bend’s 63100 block of N.E. Meridian Pl. with four bedrooms and three bathrooms saw a change of ownership in December. This 2,065-square-foot property was constructed in 2016 and sold for $742,500, or $360 per square foot. The total area of the property is 5,227 square feet. On December 6, the agreement was concluded.

Single-family house in Bend, $743K, located in the 63100 block of N.E. Meridian Pl.

4. $700K, 3 bedrooms / 2 baths

This standalone home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located in Bend’s 61000 block of S.E. Ruby Peak Lane, sold for $700,000 in December, or $514 per square foot. Built in 2013, the home has 1,362 square feet of living space and is situated on a 6,098-square-foot lot. On December 4, the agreement was concluded.

5. $650K, 2 bedrooms / 2 baths

In December, the ownership of this two-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family home changed. The 1,273-square-foot house, which is situated in Bend’s 57000 block of Deer Lane, sold for $650,000, or $511 per square foot. The property was constructed in 1977 and is situated on a 4,792 square foot lot. On December 6, the agreement was concluded.

6. $645K, 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms

When it sold in December, the single-family home in the 61300 block of Wecoma Ct., Bend, gave another possibility below the desired price range at $645,000 ($326 per square foot). Situated on a 10,454-square-foot lot, this 1976-built home boasts 1,976 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. On December 2, the agreement was concluded.
