What $700,000 or less gets you in Portland metro area, Dec. 23 to 29

Between December 23 and December 29, prospective homebuyers who were thinking about the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods across the region. This article describes recent Portland metro area real estate sales, all of which included residences under $700,000.

The top six properties in each neighborhood are listed below, selected for their closest proximity to the desired price range and the largest living areas.

Although a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 23.

1. $700K, 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms

The single-family home in the 2000 block of N. 10th St., Washougal, was completed in 2016 and sold in December for $700,000 ($321 per square foot). The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2,181 square feet of living space. The lot that makes up the property is 12,848 square feet. On December 12, the agreement was concluded.

2. $700K, 3 bedrooms / 2 baths

This single-family home with three bedrooms and two baths, located in the 34100 block of N.E. Corral Creek Rd., Newberg, sold for $700,000 in December, or $382 per square foot. Built in 1971, the property occupies 1.0 acres and has 1,834 square feet of living space. On December 19, the agreement was concluded.

3. $700K, 3 bedrooms / 2 baths

Built in 1988 and located in the 10700 block of S.W. Heron Cir., Beaverton, this single-family home sold for $700,000 (or $384 per square foot) in December. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,825 square feet of living space. There are 6,098 square feet of land on the property. On December 19, the agreement was concluded.

A four-bedroom, five-bathroom single-family home in Vancouver’s 7100 block of Topeka Lane saw a change of ownership in December. This 1,648-square-foot property was constructed in 1961 and sold for $700,000, or $425 per square foot. The lot is 10,708 square feet in size. On December 12, the agreement was concluded.

5. $700K, 3 bedrooms / 2 baths

In December, the ownership of this single-family home with three bedrooms and two baths changed. The 1,604-square-foot house, which is situated in Portland’s 5500 block of N.E. 29th Ave., sold for $700,000, or $436 per square foot. The property was constructed in 1913 and is situated on a 5,000 square foot lot. On December 20, the agreement was concluded.

6. $699K, 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms

When it sold in December, the single-family house on the 1200 block of N. 44th Pl., Ridgefield, gave another possibility below the desired price range at $699,000 ($292 per square foot). Located on a 7,071-square-foot lot, this 2024-built home boasts 2,393 square feet of living area, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. On December 12, the agreement was concluded.
