What $300,000 can buy you in Portland metro area, Dec. 9 to 15

Between December 9 and December 15, prospective homebuyers contemplating the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods around the region. This article lists recent Portland metro area real estate sales, all of which included residences under $300,000.

The top six properties in each neighborhood are listed below, selected for their closest proximity to the desired price range and the largest living areas.

Although a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 9.

1. $300K

Another option below the desired price range was the condominium in the 1400 block of S.E. Lava Dr., Portland, which sold for $300,000 ($244 per square foot) in December. Constructed in 1965, this home offers 1,232 square feet of living space. On December 5, the agreement was concluded.

This condominium, which has two bedrooms and three bathrooms and is located in Gresham’s 1100 block of S.W. Ivory Loop, sold for $290,000 in December, or $240 per square foot. Built in 2003, the property has 1,210 square feet of living space. On December 5, the agreement was concluded.

Constructed in 1979 and situated in the 2900 block of N.E. 13th St., Gresham, the condominium sold in December for $285,000 ($254 per square foot). The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,120 square feet of living space. On December 6, the agreement was concluded.
