At 11:16 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service issued an updated air stagnation advisory for the South Central Oregon Coast that would remain in force until Thursday at noon.

“Those who have respiratory disorders may experience complications as a result of poor air quality. According to the weather service, “freeze and frost conditions could damage unprotected outdoor plumbing and possibly kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.” “Take action right away to shield delicate plants from the cold. When it comes to handling high levels of air pollution during periods of stagnant air, people with respiratory illnesses should heed their doctors’ instructions.
