The National Weather Service issued an updated air stagnation advisory for the South Central Oregon Coast on Sunday at 7:56 a.m., which is in force until Tuesday at 10 a.m.
“Poor air quality will continue,” the weather service continues. An inversion and stagnant air near the surface are to blame for this, as they will continue to trap pollutants.
According to the weather service, “people with respiratory problems may experience problems due to poor air quality.” “Persons with respiratory illness should follow their physicians advice for dealing with high levels of air pollution during periods of stagnant air.”
United Robots offers a service called Advance Local Weather Alerts that gathers the most recent information from the National Weather Service using machine learning.
