Trump inauguration: How to watch

On Monday morning, Donald Trump will take the oath of office as the 47th president of the United States in the Capitol rotunda.

This year, in order to avoid the frigid temperatures in Washington, D.C., the long ceremony has already started inside. At around nine in the morning, Trump is anticipated to take over as president from Joe Biden.

All of the major networks—ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and cable news channels like FOX News and CNN—are providing live coverage of the inauguration.

The Associated Press reports that following the ceremony, Trump is anticipated to move quickly, with executive orders ready for his signature to expand the production of fossil fuels, crack down on border crossings, and terminate diversity and inclusion initiatives across the federal agency.
