Trail Blazers’ Donovan Clingan out for Monday at Grizzlies

The Portland Trail Blazers CenterDonovan Clingan will not play against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night.

Due to a sprained left knee sustained during the team’s 104-98 victory over the Houston Rockets on Saturday, the rookie is labeled as out.

Clingan finished the game with 0 points, 19 rebounds, and three blocked shots.

Deandre Ayton (right index finger) was replaced by Clingan for the final six games. He is unlikely to make it on Monday.

Clinga averaged 7.7 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 3.2 blocks over his six starts.

Ayton and Clingan are likely to be replaced by Robert Williams III at the start.

Moving forward Due to a sickness that has plagued him for the past two nights, Jerami Grant is categorized as questionable.

Scoot Henderson (back strain) and Kris Murray (bruised sternum) are also suspect.

Henderson missed Saturday’s game due to an injury.While using a ride-sharing service in Houston on Thursday, the victim was hurt in a minor auto accident.
