The refurbished 3.26-acre Ivy Estate, which features a ballroom and speakeasy-themed billiards, is one of the most popular Portland homes on Redfin. The asking price is $25 million.
Five of the most viewed homes in December are close to or less than the median sale price of $506,000 for the Portland market.
According to Redfin, these are the 13 properties that have gotten significantly more views than the average of 433 per day out of the 2,730 homes for sale in the Portland market as of December 10.
1930 West Hills mansion
$25 million for an English Tudor Revival mansion in Portland’s West Hills: Renowned architect Rossoe Hemenway created the Mittleman Estate, also called The Ivy, in 1930. It was bought unrestored in 2017 for $4 million, then after being restored for $20 million, it was put up for sale on November 18 for $25 million.
