The Oregonian’s Readers Choice Awards findings show that the competition to identify Portland’s top ice cream business was fierce. Less than 20 votes separated the winner from second place out of thousands of ballots.
A few honorable mentions will kick off the awards. Two locations stood out among the many write-in votes (16.89% of the total votes).
