Popular online postings don’t always result in an offer, but as of the end of January, the top ten Portland real estate listings on Redfin ranged in price from $399,900 to $770,000. Six are pending, indicating that a purchase agreement has been signed.
Redfin reports that the median sale price in Portland is $488,500.

People are keeping an eye on the bottom line because the average rate on a 30-year fixed-rate house loan is 7%.
Redfin discovered that in 50 of the most populated U.S. metropolitan areas, including Portland, property prices increased in December compared to the same month the previous year.
