Shortly after 8 a.m., officers carried out a search warrant in the 3300 block of Southeast 90th Place. Multiple people were taken into custody when they arrived, but according to the police, one person may still be locked inside the house and refusing to leave.

The residence is being responded to by the Crisis Negotiation Team and Special Emergency Reaction Team of the Police Bureau. Streets are closed while police attempt to apprehend the culprit, and local people are being asked to stay indoors.

There was no other information available at the moment.
