There may be a connection between a series of burglaries that have occurred in Washington County since September, and authorities are urging residents to pay closer attention to their surroundings.
According to a joint statement released Thursday by the Beaverton and Tigard police departments and the sheriff’s office, wealthy Asian American households have been the victims of ten burglaries and attempted burglaries in Washington County: two in Beaverton, four in Tigard, and four elsewhere.
According to officials, the suspect or suspects broke into the houses using a similar technique, parked in front of the target residence, and waited for the homeowner to leave.
According to the authorities, we are requesting that community members pay attention to their surroundings, including any activity that seems unusual or out of place in their neighborhood.
