Sortis Holdings, creditors reach deal to avert bankruptcy

Sortis Holdings has tentatively avoided bankruptcy, which would have required the company to liquidate, by reaching a preliminary settlement with four creditors.

According to creditor attorney Douglas Pahl, the creditors would drop their attempt to force Sortis Holdings into bankruptcy and request that a judge dismiss the case as part of the settlement. The full details will be revealed in court documents in the days ahead.
