Salt & Strawis Restaurant still growing in the suburbs of Portland.
This spring, a scoop shop will open in Tigard’s Bridgeport Village, according to a Monday announcement from the Portland-based ice cream sweetheart that many people adore and some detest.
The store will join locations in Beaverton, Lake Oswego, and Vancouver in the Portland suburbs. It is scheduled to open across from the Regal Cinema at the outdoor retail center.
