Freeport senior outfielder Ryan Coon has been named to the Class 3A All-State Team by the Illinois High School Baseball Coaches Association. This past season, Coon boasted an impressive .552 batting average, making him one of the standout players in the league. His speed on the bases was equally remarkable, with 28 bases stolen, showcasing his agility and strategic acumen. Defensively, Coon excelled in centerfield, consistently demonstrating his ability to make crucial plays and support his team.
