Rockford Police apprehended Thu De, 27, on charges of delivering methamphetamine after a surveillance operation conducted by Winnebago County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Narcotics Unit.
According to reports from July 8th, authorities were monitoring a residence in the 1900 block of South 5th Street in search of De, who had an outstanding court appearance.
