During construction, the new, costly airport neglected to provide assistance to those with even minor walking disabilities. Portland International Airport is the most challenging to navigate of any airport we have been through because of its extreme distance from some concourses without help.

Wheelchairs are the sole choice in the absence of motorized carts. Was it the original plan?
