Foreign IT workers should be permitted to join the nation and remain there for a while, according to Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy. The notion that America prefers mediocrity to excellence has been propagated by this discourse. My answer: B.S., all caps!
I was raised in New York, where The Bronx High School of Science was and is one of the best high schools in the nation. Some of the brightest brains in American academia have attended and graduated from the institution. I have no doubt that this nation is home to a large number of such schools. And it ought to be clear that such graduates enroll in colleges like MIT. Now, where are those graduates? Maybe Musk and Ramaswamy ought to inquire!Musk also received the majority of his education, upbringing, and birthplace abroad. He was a college student when he came here. Does he really have the right to make such harsh judgments about Americans?
There are a lot of bright people out there who were born, raised, and schooled in this nation by chance. Have these two approached them and made offers that are in line with their skills and expertise?
