Portland Mayor Keith Wilson directs 700 city employees to return to in-person work full time

On Tuesday, Portland Mayor Keith Wilson ordered hundreds of non-union city workers to start working in person full-time this spring.

The instruction follows the mayor’s decision to rescind his earlier proposal for all city workers to return to office after it was met with strong opposition from workers and public union leaders.
