The woman who died in a Thanksgiving Day three-car collision has been officially identified by police, and the driver who allegedly struck her vehicle is expected to face prosecution.
According to a statement from the Portland Police Bureau, Andrea J. Doering, 46, of Portland, was in the backseat of a car with two other persons in Northeast Portland at around 6 p.m. when another vehicle crossed the center line and struck them close to the intersection of Northeast 13th Avenue and Lombard Street.
