Christy Lafferty, 42, was recognized by police as the woman who was killed in October after being driven over in Southeast Portland while clinging to a car.
Lafferty was found hurt when Portland police officers arrived at the 9900 block of Southeast Stark Street on October 24. After being taken to the hospital, she passed away.
