The man died in a January single-vehicle collision in North Portland has been publicly named by police.
According to a statement from the Portland Police Bureau, Russell R. Piltz, 60, of Portland, lost his life in a collision at the intersection of North Willamette Boulevard and Burr Avenue on January 4 at around 11 p.m.
