Pacific Office Automation permanently replaces CEO after sexual abuse scandal

Pacific Office Automation has fired Doug Pitassi as its CEO, and the Oregon-based business has named a permanent replacement for the scandal-plagued leader.

Five days after a series of sexual assault and misconduct charges against him were covered by The Oregonian/OregonLive, Pitassi was placed on temporary leave in October. He had served as the Beaverton company’s CEO since 2018 after serving as its president since 2007.
