The Miami tight end and former Central Catholic High standout Riley Williamsis revealed on Saturday that he is moving to Oregon State, making his way back to the Northwest.
Williams visited OSU this weekend after graduating from Florida’s IMG Academy and made the decision to commit. After playing 23 games over two seasons for the Hurricanes, Williams, who stands 6 feet 6 and weighs 240 pounds, has three years left to play his final two years of college.

Williams joins Jackson Bowers of BYU as the second transfer tight end Oregon State has added in the last five weeks. This summer, Williams is the eleventh transfer to join the Beavers.
As a prep tight end, Williams was a four-star prospect who had about two dozen college offers. Williams caught 15 passes for 187 yards and a score in his two years at Miami.
Williams caught 36 passes for 889 yards and 14 touchdowns during his junior year at Central Catholic. In order to play his senior year, he transferred to IMG Academy.
