Following their victory at the Players Era Festival, Oregon has jumped into the top 15 in the standings.
After defeating Texas A&M, San Diego State, and Alabama in Las Vegas last week, the Ducks (8-0) are ranked No. 10 with 457 points in the coaches’ poll and No. 12 with 806 points in this week’s AP men’s college basketball poll. This is an improvement from last week’s results of 10 points and a tie for 38th overall, and 8 points and 37th, respectively.
Oregon started the season ranked No. 15 in NET, third in the Big Ten, behind Ohio State (12) and Illinois (10). As of Monday, UO has defeated Oregon State, Texas A&M, and Alabama in Quadrant 1.
This week, Oregon kicks off Big Ten action against UCLA at Matthew Knight Arena on Sunday at 3 p.m. (Big Ten Network) and USC on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
