At this year’s Senior Bowl, Oregon will have players on both sides of the ball.
Along with tight end Terrance Ferguson and receiver Tez Johnson, Ducks linebacker Jeff Bassa accepted an invitation to the all-star game.
This season, Bassa has had 43 tackles (two for loss), one sack, two pass breakups, and two forced fumbles.
On February 1 at Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, Alabama, he will be the 51st Oregon player to compete in the Senior Bowl. Jordan Burch, a defensive end, was also invited to the all-star game.
Last season, Bo Nix, center Jackson Powers-Johnson, defensive lineman Brandon Dorlus, cornerback Khyree Jackson, and safety Evan Williams all played for UO at the Senior Bowl.
