‘No matter how many times he was arrested,’ fentanyl dealer kept selling — until feds stepped in

For 27-year-old William Sanchez Stevenson, catch and release became second nature.

According to investigators, Stevenson visited Portland’s streets as though they were his marketplace for almost two years, openly selling fentanyl, methamphetamine, and fake medicines. Despite being arrested repeatedly, he continued to deal without stopping.
