The prize-winning ticket, worth $34,524, was sold at Georgetown Wines & Liquors, located at 2131 Ralph Ave. in Brooklyn.

The winning numbers were: 4, 14, 23, 25 and 34.

Take 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. To win the jackpot, match the five numbers on your ticket to the winning five-number combination drawn. It costs $1 per game to play.

The drawing is broadcast on television twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Take 5 players with midday and evening draws on the same ticket must check their numbers at nylottery.ny.gov to determine if they have the winning numbers for the corresponding midday or evening drawing.
