NEW PALTZ—
Two New York City men face several charges of drug possession after they were stopped while driving on the Thruway in the Town of New Paltz for vehicle and traffic violations.
Their 2022 Nissan was traveling northbound when stopped at around 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
The men in the car were identified as the driver, Andrew Rowe, 48, of St. Albans, and passenger Rayon Chance, 53, of Brooklyn.
They were each charged with felonies of drug possession and possession with intent to sell as they possessed over eight ounces of drugs.
Both men were remanded to the Ulster County Jail pending future court appearances.
