According to a lawsuit filed Friday, a man who was baking naked suffered severe injuries when his weed pen exploded.
The Lane County Circuit Court lawsuit alleges that Gustavo Mendes is now suing the Eugene pot shop where he purchased the defective marijuana vaporizer and the manufacturer for $230,000.
