What Happened?
Around 10 PM, police were alerted to a shooting in the 900 block of South Greenlawn through a shot spotter alert, which indicated that 12 rounds had been fired. When officers arrived at the scene, they found multiple people with gunshot wounds.
The Victims
One of the victims, identified as 35-year-old Adrian Kendrell Murphy from Bloomington, was found lying on the street at the intersection of West Ann and South Greenlawn. He was quickly taken to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center but unfortunately passed away due to his injuries.
