Man dies in SE Portland motorcycle crash, police say

According to authorities, a motorcyclist lost their life in a collision in Southeast Portland on Sunday.

According to the Police Bureau, the individual was gravely hurt when officers got on the scene at Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard and Umatilla Street at around 7:30 p.m. At a nearby hospital, the man was later declared dead.

Police said no other vehicles were involved in the collision. The victim’s identity is still unknown.

The Major Crash Team of the Police Bureau is conducting an investigation and is requesting that anyone with information regarding the crash get in touch with [email protected].
