A winter storm Throughout the night, Enzo dumped inches of snow on the Houston region. Parks like Hermann Park and Tinsley at Buffalo Bayou became popular places to play and sled later in the day.
Despite the chilly weather, Houstonians had a great day, as seen by the city’s appearance.
