The Portland Trail Blazers may soon have one center back, but another and a starting forward may still be out.
Starting center Deandre Ayton, who missed Saturday’s game against Miami due to calf pain, worked out on Monday and might make a comeback against the Brooklyn Nets at the Moda Center on Tuesday, according to Blazers coach Chauncey Billups.
Billups stated, “I think DA will be alright tomorrow.”
Robert Williams III, the backup center who missed two games due to sickness, didn’t seem prepared to play again.
