Allar’s worst games of the season, though, came against Ohio State and Illinois, two highly regarded opponents. Compared to 72.5% for 2,387 yards and all of his touchdown throws in 10 games against unranked teams, he combined to complete 65.9% of his passes for 281 yards with an interception in those games.
The Ducks’ perception of Allar, however, is unaffected by those statistical differences.
