Homes at or under $900,000 in Portland metro area, Dec. 16 to 22

Between December 16 and December 22, prospective homebuyers who were thinking about the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods around the region. This article lists recent Portland metro area real estate sales, all of which included properties under $900,000.

The best six properties in each neighborhood are broken down here, chosen for their proximity to the desired price range and the largest living spaces.

Although a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 16.

1. $900K, 4 bedrooms / 3 baths

In December, the ownership of this single-family home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms changed. The 2,504-square-foot house, which is situated in the 3100 block of S.E. 300th Ave., Washougal, sold for $900,000, or $359 per square foot. In December, a duplex, with six bedrooms and two baths, located in the 600 block of S.W. Sherman St., Portland, changed ownership. The property, covering 2,110 square feet, was built in 1898 and was sold for $880,000, which calculates to $417 per square foot. The lot size encompasses 2,475 square feet. On December 12, the agreement was concluded.
