Homes at or under $800,000 in Portland metro area, Dec. 2 to 8

Between December 2 and December 8, prospective homebuyers who were thinking about the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods around the region. This article lists recent Portland metro area real estate sales, all of which included properties under $800,000.

The top six properties in each neighborhood are listed below, selected for their closest proximity to the desired price range and the largest living areas.

Please be aware that even if a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 2.

1. $800K, 4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms

Built in 1917 and located in the 5700 block of S.E. Monroe St. in Portland, this single-family home sold for $800,000 (or $189 per square foot) in November. The house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 4,234 square feet of living space. The lot size of the property is 16,117 square feet. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.

2. $800K, 4 bedrooms / 3 baths

When it sold in November, the single-family house in the 14300 block of S.W. Racely Pl., Portland, gave another possibility below the desired price range for $800,000 ($292 per square foot). Located on a 10,454-square-foot lot, this 1996-built home has 2,738 square feet of living area, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.

3. $800K, 3 bedrooms / 3 baths

The single-family home in the 2900 block of S.E. Cleveland Dr., Gresham, was built in 2004 and sold for $800,000 ($347 per square foot) in November. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2,303 square feet of living space. The lot size of the property is 11,165 square feet. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.

4. $795K, 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms

In November, the ownership of this four-bedroom, three-bathroom single-family home changed. The 2,981-square-foot house, which is situated in Portland’s 2200 block of S.W. Roxbury Ave., sold for $795,000, or $267 per square foot. The property was constructed in 1963 and is situated on a 0.3-acre lot. On November 26, the agreement was concluded.

5. $795K, 3 bedrooms / 1 bath

This standalone home, which has three bedrooms and one bathroom, was sold in December for $795,000, or $659 per square foot, and is located in Portland’s 9700 block of S.W. Ardenwood St. Built in 1954, the property has 1,207 square feet of living space and a 7,405-square-foot lot. On December 2, the agreement was concluded.

6. $795K, 5 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms

A five-bedroom, three-bathroom single-family house in Portland’s 15400 block of S.W. 141st Ave. underwent a change of ownership in November. This 3,237-square-foot property was constructed in 2001 and sold for $794,900, or $246 per square foot. The lot is 6,098 square feet in size. On November 21, the agreement was concluded.
