Homes at or under $700,000 in Portland metro area, Dec. 16 to 22

Between December 16 and December 22, prospective homebuyers who were thinking about the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods around the region. This article describes recent Portland metro area real estate sales, all of which included residences under $700,000.

The best six properties in each neighborhood are broken down here, chosen for their proximity to the desired price range and the largest living spaces.

Although a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 16.

1. $700K, 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms

Constructed in 1938 and situated on the 11200 block of S.E. Home Ave., Portland, the detached home sold for $700,000 ($230 per square foot) in December. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a total living area of 3,040 square feet. The lot that makes up the property is 17,997 square feet. On December 12, the agreement was concluded.

2. $699K, 2 bedrooms / 2 baths

This standalone home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, located in Portland’s 1300 block of S.E. 41st Ave., sold for $699,000 in December, or $455 per square foot. Built in 1913, the property has a 2,743-square-foot lot and has 1,536 square feet of living space. On December 11, the agreement was concluded.

3. $695K, 4 bedrooms / 3 baths

When it sold in December, the single-family home on the 2100 block of N.E. 161st Pl., Vancouver, gave another possibility below the desired price range for $695,000 ($262 per square foot). Situated on a 9,074-square-foot lot, this 1989-built home boasts 2,656 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. On December 11, the agreement was concluded.

A single-family home in Vancouver’s 2100 block of N.E. 161st Pl. for $695K

4. $693K, 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms

In December, the ownership of this detached home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms changed. The 1,773-square-foot house, which is situated in the 8100 block of N.E. 170th Ave. in Vancouver, sold for $693,464, or $391 per square foot. The property was constructed in 2024 and is situated on a 5,149-square-foot lot. On December 6, the agreement was concluded.

5. $690K, 3 bedrooms / 3 baths

This single-family home, located in Portland’s 8700 block of N.W. Kearney St., was built in 2003 and sold for $689,500 (or $278 per square foot) in December. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2,478 square feet of living space. There are 6,098 square feet of land on the property. On December 11, the agreement was concluded.

6. $686K, 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms

A single-family home in Vancouver’s 4300 block of N.E. 182nd St. with four bedrooms and three bathrooms saw a change of ownership in November. This 2,392-square-foot property was constructed in 2024 and sold for $686,465, or $287 per square foot. The lot is 4,522 square feet in size. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.
