Homes at or under $600,000 in Portland metro area, Dec. 2 to 8

Between December 2 and December 8, prospective homebuyers who were thinking about the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods around the region. This article lists recent Portland metro area real estate sales, all of which included properties under $600,000.

The top six properties in each neighborhood are listed below, selected for their closest proximity to the desired price range and the largest living areas.

Please be aware that even if a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 2.

1. $600K, 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom

Built in 1920 and located in the 21100 block of Liberty St., Aurora, this detached home sold for $600,000 (about $262 per square foot) in November. A detached home in the 3300 block of N.W. 31st Cir., Camas, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, had a change of ownership in November. This 1,678-square-foot property was constructed in 1999 and sold for $600,000, or $358 per square foot. The lot is 2,995 square feet in size. On November 26, the agreement was concluded.

4. $600K, 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms

At $599,999 ($284 per square foot), the single-family house located in the 10700 block of N.E. 68th Ave., Vancouver offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in November. This property, built in 2016, provides 2,110 square feet of living space, featuring four bedrooms and three baths, and sits on a 5,366-square-foot lot. On November 26, the agreement was concluded.

This single-family residence, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, underwent a change of ownership in November. The property sits on a lot measuring 39.3-acre, and it was built in 1973. On November 22, the agreement was concluded.

Situated in the 1800 block of S.W. 35th St., Gresham, this single-family residence, was sold in November for a price of $599,000, translating to $213 per square foot. The property, constructed in 2006, offers a living area of 2,814 square feet and sits on a 6,509-square-foot lot. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.
