Homes at or under $500,000 in Portland metro area, Dec. 2 to 8

Between December 2 and December 8, prospective homebuyers who were thinking about the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods around the region. This article lists recent Portland metro area real estate sales, all of which included properties under $500,000.

The best six properties in each neighborhood are broken down here, chosen for their proximity to the desired price range and the largest living spaces.

Please be aware that even if a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 2.

1. $500K, 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms

A two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium in Portland’s 1400 block of S.W. Third Ave. underwent a change of ownership in November. Situated on a 3,825-square-foot lot, this 2003-built home boasts 1,923 square feet of living area, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.

3. $500K, 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms

In November, the ownership of this three-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family home changed. The 1,759-square-foot house, which is situated in Portland’s 7600 block of S.E. Roots Road, sold for $500,000, or $284 per square foot. The property was constructed in 1950 and is situated on a 0.4-acre lot. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.

5. $500K, 3 bedrooms / 3 baths

This single-family home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, located in the 16200 block of S.E. Blooming Lane, Clackamas, sold for $500,000 in November, or $318 per square foot. Built in 2011, the property occupies a 6,737-square-foot lot and has 1,570 square feet of living space. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.

Built in 1990 and located in the 7700 block of S.E. Heather Ct., Portland, this single-family home sold for $500,000 in November, which is comparable to $346 per square foot. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,447 square feet of living space. The land is 7,789 square feet in size. On November 27, the agreement was concluded.
