Between January 6 and January 12, prospective homebuyers contemplating the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods around the region. This article lists recent Portland metro area real estate sales, all of which included residences under $300,000.
The best six properties in each neighborhood are broken down here, chosen for their proximity to the desired price range and the largest living spaces.
Please take note that even if the properties in the list below may have sold earlier, they are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of January 6.
1. $300K, 3 bedrooms / 2 baths
A single-family home in Portland’s 5500 block of S.W. Multnomah Blvd. with three bedrooms and two bathrooms saw a change of ownership in January. This 1,276-square-foot property was constructed in 1980 and sold for $300,000, or $235 per square foot. The lot is 2,584 square feet in size. On January 2, the agreement was concluded.
2. $300K, 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom
This standalone home, which has two bedrooms and one bathroom, was sold in January for $300,000, or $277 per square foot, and is located in Portland’s 1700 block of S.E. 50th Ave. Built in 1920, the house has 1,082 square feet of living space and is situated on a 3,750-square-foot lot. On January 6, the agreement was concluded.
3. $300K, 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom
The single-family home in Portland’s 5800 block of N.E. Milton St. was built in 1923 and sold for $300,000 ($483 per square foot) in January. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living space of 621 square feet. The land is 5,000 square feet in size. On January 6, the agreement was concluded.
4. $300K, 2 bedrooms / 1 bath
Built in 1950 and located in Portland’s 8500 block of N.E. Milton St., this condominium sold in December for $299,900, or $342 per square foot. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living space of 876 square feet. On December 30, the agreement was concluded.
5. $297K, 1 bedroom / 1 bath
When it sold in January, the single-family house on the 12000 block of S.E. Tibbetts St., Portland, gave another possibility below the desired price range for $297,100 ($447 per square foot). This 1948-built home has 664 square feet of living area, one bedroom, and one bathroom. It is situated on a 9,148-square-foot lot. On January 6, the agreement was concluded.
6. $295K, 2 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms
The ownership of this condominium, which has three bathrooms and two bedrooms, changed in December. The 1,129-square-foot house, which is situated in the 7100 block of S.W. Sagert St., Tualatin, sold for $295,000, or $261 per square foot. In 1996, the property was constructed. On December 30, the agreement was concluded.
