Homes at or under $300,000 in Portland metro area, Dec. 23 to 29

Between December 23 and December 29, prospective homebuyers who were thinking about the real estate market had a variety of possibilities in different neighborhoods across the region. This article lists recent Portland metro area real estate sales, all of which included residences under $300,000.

The best six properties in each neighborhood are broken down here, chosen for their proximity to the desired price range and the largest living spaces.

Although a property may have sold earlier, the properties listed below are for real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of December 23.

1. $300K, 3 bedrooms / 2 baths

When it sold in December, the single-family home on the 14100 block of S.E. Powell Blvd., Portland, gave another opportunity below the desired price range at $300,000 ($170 per square foot). Located on an 11,270-square-foot lot, this 1948-built home has 1,760 square feet of living area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. On December 18, the agreement was concluded.

2. $300K, 3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom

Built in 1961 and located in the 6000 block of N.E. Erin Way, Vancouver, this single-family home sold in December for $300,000, or $278 per square foot. The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and 1,078 square feet of living space. The land is 10,848 square feet in size. On December 20, the agreement was concluded.

3. $300K, 2 bedrooms / 1 bath

A two-bedroom, one-bathroom single-family home in Vancouver’s 2400 block of E. 26th St. had a change of ownership in December. This 710-square-foot property was constructed in 1947 and sold for $300,000, or $423 per square foot. The total area of the property is 5,316 square feet. On December 17, the agreement was concluded.

4. $300K

The condominium, which was constructed in 2024 and is situated in the 2600 block of N.E. Holman St. in Portland, sold for $300,000 ($632 per square foot) in December. The living space of the house is 475 square feet. On December 17, the agreement was concluded.

5. $298K, 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms

This condominium, which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is located in Beaverton’s 10700 block of N.E. Holly St., sold for $297,900 in December, or $308 per square foot. Built in 2011, the home has 966 square feet of living space. On December 17, the agreement was concluded.

6. $295K, 2 bedrooms / 1 bath

In December, the ownership of this two-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium changed. The 609-square-foot house, which is situated in Vancouver’s 300 block of E. 12th St., sold for $295,000, or $484 per square foot. In 1945, the property was constructed. On December 13, the agreement was concluded.
