Chris Haynes reports that former Portland Trail Blazers center Greg Oden is anticipated to play in the team’s practice on December 27 and the game against the Dallas Mavericks on December 28.
Oden will be present at a Blazers practice, according to an NBA insider who spoke to The Oregonian/OregonLive.
According to Haynes, Oden intended to share his struggles and triumphs with the squad.
Oden, who attended Ohio State, was selected by the Blazers with the first overall choice in the 2007 NBA Draft.
Oden only appeared in 82 games during his three years with the Blazers because to his numerous ailments. He had knee microfracture surgery and missed the entire rookie season.
