Fentanyl, meth and stolen gun seized from downtown Portland apartment across from PSU, tenant arrested, police say

On Tuesday, a 43-year-old man who is suspected of selling fentanyl close to Portland State University was given a detention order until trial.

According to a federal prosecutor, Khuong Huynh Ta was initially detained outside his apartment complex in September after being discovered in possession of several firearms and fentanyl.
