Chicago authorities and community members are on high alert after two residents recently went missing. Byance Carrillo, a 22-year-old woman, was last seen on July 14, 2024, near the 3800 block of 46th Place, according to the Chicago Police Department. Carrillo is a Hispanic female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair, a medium complexion, a neck tattoo, and facial piercings. She was last seen wearing an orange shirt, black jacket, jean skirt, and sandals.
In another case, Jose Garcia Maestre, a 27-year-old man, was last seen leaving his home on the 3600 block of W. Dickens Ave. on July 8, 2024. Chicago Police say he might be traveling on foot or using public transportation as his vehicle recently broke down. Garcia Maestre is Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
